The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract to repair damaged pavement on the roads and parking areas around the Pass and ID center, as well as overlay the southeast parking lot located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with and meet all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation.This is a combined synopsis and solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition
