Starr Corporation will be receiving Bids for Idaho State University, Holt Arena Seating Access and President's Deck

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by Starr Corporation on behalf of the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho at 174 Circle Inn Dr, Chubbuck ID 83202 until 2:00 PM MST, Thursday March 31, 2022, for DPW Project No.19- 239 Idaho State University Holt Arena Seating. Project: ISU Holt Arena Seating Access and President’s Deck The Holt Arena at Idaho State University is a multipurpose venue that was constructed in 1970 as the first covered stadium on a college campus. This project will provide seating access and president’s deck enhancements to the venue. Enhancements include, but are not limited to, new stadium seating platforms, president’s deck, elevators, ADA upgrades, and structural upgrades for the venue. Concrete platforms and structure for the new president’s deck will be installed at the top of the stadium. New finishes and MEP

will be installed for the president’s deck. The project is broken into two phases. The first phase includes all construction on the north side of the arena (seating platforms, president’s deck, ADA upgrades, and elevator), and the second phase includes all construction on the south side of the arena (seating platforms, ADA upgrades, and elevator). Phase I construction to complete before September 2022. Phase II to start December 2022 and complete before May 2023. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
