Jordan School District (JSD) is inviting qualified contractors (Contractors) to submit bids for improvements to the parking lot at Terra Linda Elementary School in West Jordan, Utah.  The Project consists of the removal of existing asphalt surface and expanding the parking to the south. The existing north parking lot will receive a refresh and re-stripe per drawings. Irrigation system shall be altered to water efficiently with new layout. A retention pond shall be constructed on the south east corner of the site to aid in collecting storm water from the site.  New light poles are included in the project to enhance night visibility.
