Cross Connection Control Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Summerland is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or firms to review the District’s responsibilities, bylaws and procedures, and administer a backflow prevention device tracking and management system annually.
The District of Summerland is seeking an experienced, backflow management firm to provide the following services:
1. Review the District’s bylaws
2. Review the District’s procedures

and responsibilities
3. Program Development
4. System Implementation; and
5. Annual administration of an automated backflow prevention device tracking and management system
