Solicitation Description: HHSC, through this RFI, is seeking responses from interested parties to obtain information relating to specialized telephone equipment for persons with a disability. Responses will be evaluated to establish STAP voucher types, voucher values, allowable equipment, and equipment values for telephone network access. Vendors will be paid the lessor of the ODHHS established equipment value, STAP vendor’s advertised retail price, or voucher value for equipment exchanged with a STAP voucher.
