The State of Arizona currently has a single Managed Services contract with ACRO Service Corporation. This includes a series of categories and position types. The current contract is based on a percentage markup over pay rate per category model. The intends to contract with a single Managed Services Provider (MSP) to provide the sourcing, assignment, and management for all assignments regardless of personnel class or project for Multi-Temporary Staffing (MTS) services. The establishment of a single Multi-Temporary Staffing services Managed Services Provider (MTS-MSP) provides an efficient method to obtain Staff Augmentation and Project Based Consulting Services for the State Agencies, Boards and Commissions, and State Cooperative Members and a method to achieve greater accountability for the State regarding sourcing usage and usage of funding resources. The State seeks an MSP that will also facilitate and support program wide standardization, where applicable.
