Ortiz | email:  angela.c.ortiz@irs.govFor: Blocktrace, LLC subscription services for online cryptocurrency blockchain intelligence dataThe Office of Business Solutions Acquisition (OBSA); Treasury Operations Branch, intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition with Blocktrace, LLC for subscription services to Blocktrace.com with the approximate start date of September 30, 2022.The Department of Treasury’s Office of Intelligence & Analysis, Cyber Intelligence Directorate(OIA-CID) is requesting a subscription to a web-based application resource that specializes in blockchain intelligence data aggregation from world leading cryptocurrency intelligence data providers, as well as negotiated hours of remote software engineering support. This tool and subsequent support would enable OIA-CID to provide mission-critical research to Treasury

Leadership that would inform a variety of actions, help answer time-sensitive questions, and identify emerging items or issues of interest regarding crypto data.  Information derived from this resource and the support would ideally be aggregated into customized dashboards, acting as a “translator” of the sought data.A 12-month base period is contemplated for this acquisition.No solicitation package will be issued. This special notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 2:00 PM, EST on July 20, 2022. Responses shall be submitted to Angela C. Ortiz at angela.c.ortiz@irs.gov.Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:1. The name of your company;2. Company DUNS No and CAGE Code;3. Point of Contact, and secondary contact, information;4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the specific items mentioned above; and,5. A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities.It is your responsibility to demonstrate how your product(s) is capable of providing the same functionality that exists with the products mentioned above. The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of having a product capable of meeting the Government's needs.A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government's Contracting Officer. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
