TDA is making efforts to achieve greater efficiencies through a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution to modernize and consolidate current systems. The proposed SaaS system should eliminate manual and/or paper processing, applications, workflow, inspection, manual reconciliation, and reporting. Data collection and reporting should have the ability to provide capture of information, processing, and inspection support. TDA desires a software system that has the flexibility and capability to meet the Department’s current and future duties and functions.
