This Project consists of the following repairs being performed at the rear façades of the building: localized masonry repairs, masonry arch lintel repairs, brick and stone masonry cleaning, localized stone repairs, stone replacement including sills and copings. The project also includes, stucco repair, steel lintel replacement and waterproofing, concrete work including patching, crack repair, and steel beam encasement, window repair and replacement, and roof railing installation.Community Board: Brooklyn 9Project #: PV235BDEV / EPIN: 85022B0025Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted.There will be an optional pre-bid conference.
