The NWW Adaptive Sports and Recreation program provides a platform for sailors and veterans from the United States Navy and Coast Guard to participate in sports and recreation within their individual limitations. Service Members will participate in competition will compete in sports which can include: archery, cycling, field, golf, indoor rowing, powerlifting, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, and wheelchair tennis (additional sports may be added). The Contractor shall serve as a subject matter expert in adaptive reconditioning sports and adaptive sports throughout the operational planning and execution process, provide consultation to the Navy Wounded Warrior (NWW) Adaptive Sports and Recreation.
