Purchase of Enclosed Storage Trailer The City of Clermont is accepting quotes for the purchase of enclosed storage trailer. The operators should be on the push side of the door. All units must be new with a full manufacturer’s warranty on all components.  Refurbish or used equipment will not be accepted.  Model substitution or equivalent equipment may be accepted.

All deliveries shall be coordinated with the City’s Business Liaison prior to delivery of the equipment.  Delivery must take place between the hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM Monday to Friday, except for City observed holidays.  Deliveries made without prior authorization of the City’s Business Liaison will not be accepted. All units shall be F.O.B. Destination,

City of Clermont City Hall 685 W. Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711.  All shipping, handling, installation and delivery charges shall be included in the Total price.

Price quoted must be quoted F.O.B. Destination City’s Business Liaison, Florida.  Freight must be included in price.  Current and/or anticipated fuel cost should be considered and included in the price quoted.  All items must be delivered within thirty (30) business days of city issuing a purchase order. 
All shipping, handling and delivery charges must be included in the Unit Price.
