***Addendum 01 for Q&As, location of Event expanded to 100 mile radius do to limited availablility.***Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Fort Myers, Florida with an anticipated 60 rooms needed for Friday, 15 April 2022 and 30 rooms needed for Saturday, 16 April 2022. Room count will be finalized on 25 March, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 15 April 2022 until 2pm Saturday, 16 April 2022.
