The information in Appendix 1 forms part of the Formal Brief by the CIG Client (MTT) for the required Architectural Services: Construction Drawings/Interior Design/Building Permit Issuance/Bill of Quantities. The

Waterfront Tourism Project Site is located in Grand Cayman on Block 13EH Parcels 166, 4, and 167 on North Church Street. The Architectural Services include, but is not limited to, Stage 1 Design Development Phase/CPA Approval Phase, Stage 2 Construction Drawings/BCU Drawings/Interior Design Development Phase, Stage 3 BCU and Other Relevant Statutory Authority Approvals and Stage 4 Bill of Quantities and Construction Phase Services. The Architect Consultant shall do and provide everything necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Scope of Works, according to the true intent and meaning of this Scope of Works and the Request for Quotation documents as issued, provided that the Scope of Works is reasonably to be inferred there from. Completion of the Scope of Works must be understood to include any minor details usual in sound Architectural Practice, notwithstanding every item necessarily involved not being particularly described. These Services will be needed for a period of two and a half years and shall terminate at the end of Stage 4 (Commissioning Phase - July 2025). There will be a need for Consultancy Services during Construction on an as need basis between July 2024 and July 2025.
