REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – RFP 23-24-205 MK HOLIDAY LIGHTING FOR WEST PALM BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPEMNT AGENCY DISTRICT The City of West Palm Beach (“City”), for its agency, the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”) is accepting proposals from qualified and responsible contractors to provide a creative holiday lighting display for the Downtown/City Center District, specifically the areas known as the Historic Northwest District and the Northwood/Pleasant City District. Contractors shall be responsible for the provision, installation and removal of holiday lights and decorations. Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals that are fresh and vibrant in order to attract residents and visitors to each area and, to use creative ideas and concepts while ensuring cohesiveness in the holiday theme and design of all lights and decorations in all areas designated in this RFP.
