Request for Proposal No. RFP052344: Environmental Land Use Consultant for BEX VI Capital Levy Planning Request for Proposal No. RFP052344: Environmental Land Use Consultant for BEX VI Capital Levy Planning Until: June 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. Seattle Public Schools (“District” or “SPS”) Department of Technology Services (DoTS) is requesting The Seattle School District No.1 (the District) is requesting proposals for an Environmental Land Use Consultant to prepare documents required by the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) for the State of Washington. This is in relation to new construction, replacement, addition, and modernization projects at approximately 21 school facilities in the City of Seattle. The proposed projects would be funded by the next Building Excellence (BEX) VI Capital Levy scheduled for the ballot in February 2025.
