Organizations must serve residents in the city of Fresno limits, in one or more focus areas: 1. Physical and Mental Health 2. Housing and Basic Needs 3. Gender-Affirming and Culturally Competent Care 4. Youth and Aging 5. Capacity-Building and Technical Assistance 6. Community Outreach, Education, and Policy Advocacy 7. Arts/Cultural 8. General Operations Individual proposals may offer programs or services that address ways to increase community building, outreach, and joy specifically providing housing and basic needs, community outreach, education and policy advocacy and physical and mental health. Proposals will be reviewed by a panel of individuals representing the City and members of the community to determine which proposals align with the identified priorities below. Proposers will explain how their program or service offering(s) contribute to the pandemic recovery and target population. Proposers will describe the community outreach, engagement, education, and assistance services that will be used to support the program or service offering. Priority will be placed on proposals that contribute to building a foundation for a strong and equitable recovery.
