If the warranty deed does not reflect the offeror’s name as shown on the GSA Form 1364, a legally binding contract/document establishing control of the site must be submitted.• An hourly rate, if desired, for overtime HVAC services. If a rate is provided, please specify if it is per floor or zone. If by zone please specify the number of zones required to service the space for this requirement and include a plan showing the zones.• Please provide your normal building hours of operation Monday – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.• Please provide a Certificate of Occupancy to assist with the Government’s Fire and Life Safety review.• Please provide Floor Layouts of the first floor of offered building, as well as Floor Layouts delineating the Government’s space.• Please submit documentation authorizing an individual to negotiate and sign the lease on the ownership’s behalf.• Please provide evidence of the Lessor’s ability to procure the funds necessary to perform all the work required in the Lease.• Please provide building zoning documentation (as provided by the city/ county/ municipality)Please read the RLP and all attachments thoroughly.
