Individual task orders will include a description of the professional services needed, a detailed project description and key milestones, and a general scope of work and associated deliverables. Beyond the specific needs identified in each task order, the following is an example of general responsibilities that may be expected for each project: Work Plan Resource Allocation Matrix Meetings Requirements, Guidelines & Regulations Progress Reporting Invoicing Project Closeout Other Details The City is seeking proposals that generally reflect the following scope of work.
