RFP# 22OPM0263AA-CET Community Engagement Training Program DESCRIPTION: The State of Connecticut, Office of Policy and Management (hereinafter OPM, Agency or State) is seeking a proposer to provide administration of a Community Engagement Training program, which is a program designed to promote improved police and community relations. The administration will require creation of a Community Engagement Training curriculum, development of a grant program, and directly or indirectly providing Community Engagement Training to selected municipalities.
