All items shall be new and unused. No used, slightly used, shall be considered. Other Details All bidders must read the specifications carefully. The specification may include special requirements not commonly offered by the Manufacturer. Any and all variations from listed specifications shall be clearly noted by the Bidder in writing with the bid submittal Notes Equipment must be sourced from an HPE authorized distributor in the U.S. and drop shipped directly from HPE factory to Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, upon receipt of purchase order.
