The improvements will consist of installation of temporary construction fencing, clearing and grubbing, demolition, construction staking, excavation grading, aggregate base, concrete flatwork, picnic tables, serving table, benches, trash receptacles, BBQ grill, Volleyball posts and nets, Cornhole Games, Table Tennis, Irrigation modifications, shade canopy, plant establishment and tree planting.
