Third-party Review of the NEWSVT Pilot Study

The State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking proposals for a contractor to provide a third-party review of the Pilot Study related to the Leachate Treatment in a Vermont Landfill. The State intends to use the results of the pilot study to establish a Technology Based Effluent Limit and/or treatment standard for PFAS in landfill leachate. The State has a budget up to $15,000 and is seeking proposals for an Awardee to provide a third-party review of the Pilot Study Plan pursuant to Condition I.A.5. of the Pretreatment Permit for its technical and financial soundness. The State may request additional focused review of responses or subsequent pilot study-related submittals.
