This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. This is not a request for proposals, bids, or price quotations. This is for research and planning purposes only. If any solicitations for the referenced services were to be issued in the future, it would be under this announcement.The New Jersey Air National Guard (NJANG) is seeking to identify interested businesses that can provide emergency egress training for aircrew on the C32-B (Boeing 757-200). It is intended that the NJANG will enter into contracts with companies that are able to provide these services with options to extend on an annual basis for a period of up to five years.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESThe contracted company shall provide academic and simulator training supporting Emergency Evacuation (EV01) Training for NJANG C-32B (757-200) crewmembers. The training shall be conducted at the contractor’s facility. Training shall be conducted in a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved training center by FAA-approved instructors. To
be considered qualified, each contractor must possess an applicable training program approved under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 121 or FAR Part 135, or a training course approved under FAR Part 141 or FAR Part 142. The NJANG will provide a HQ AFSOC-approved syllabus to outline the training requirements needed to complete EV01 Training. The contractor will develop courseware to facilitate accomplishment of the EV01 syllabus.HOW TO RESPONDThis program is not currently set aside for any particular class of small or large business, and all interested, qualified companies are encouraged to respond to this notice.Interested contractors should respond in writing by submitting the information via email.
