Beachcrest Wellfield pH Improvements (Olympia, WA) BID DATE/TIME: January 6, 2023 @ 2:30pm PST ESTIMATED VALUE: $4 - $4.9 million CONTRACT DURATION: 240 working days PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct a potable water aeration treatment facility including: New treatment facility CMU building and packaged aeration unit within the bldg; construct new well building; install 250 LF of 6" and 12" water and 285 LF of 8" and 12" stormwater main; install standby generator; install stormwater pond; decommission existing potable water well; demolish existing CMU buildings; relocate existing building to another city site; install valves, piping, instrumentation, and controls; and construct site improvements, landscaping, and fencing.
