This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Sole Source by Eric Hanson Consulting LLC (Cage: 94VL4), for “Integrate Utility Management & Control System Software with Existing Building Controllers” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis Minnesota by using the front-end J2 Innovations FIN Stack software originally installed and migrated over from old software by Eric Hanson Consulting LLC in 2021, see attached redacted Single Source Justification.                       This solicitation FA663322QA004 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation

Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 2022-0623, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2022-0701.All work is to be performed in accordance with the PWS (Performance Work Statement), contract award guidelines, contract clauses and wage determination.  This requirement has notice with intent to award Sole Source to Eric Hanson Consulting LLC under FAR 6.302-1.  The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 with a small business size standard of $30M.  Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 (attached). Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.gov system.
