href="mailto:ed_segura@ci.pomona.ca.us">ed_segura@ci.pomona.ca.us Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Pomona (“City”) is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to conduct an assessment for a replacement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, draft a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the replacement ERP, and undertake project management and advisory responsibilities to champion the implementation of the new ERP. Other Details The City is in need of an ERP Subject Matter Expect (SME) to champion our ERP replacement initiative. For a complete and detailed assessment, the SME will document current practices, collect user and department requirements, understand staff pain points, identify inefficiencies, find opportunities for improvement, and assess the information collected holistically to provide recommendations and determine the feasibility of ERP replacement.
