This RFQ intends to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.The Naval Postgraduate School has a Sole Source requirement, to be provided by General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc., for engineering support to upgrade components of the FLTSATCOM Satellite laboratory. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 541330, business size unrestricted. Payment to be via WAWF unless otherwise requested. The Naval Postgraduate School intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc.for deliverables found in the below Schedule of Supplies.Sole Source Requirement: The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR Part 6.303-2. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.
