Bids will NOT be accepted after this date and time under any circumstances. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. CONTRACTOR SHOULD READ AND BE FULLY FAMILIAR WITH ALL CONTRACT DOCUMENTS BEFORE SUBMITTING A BID.
