All proposals must be submitted through the City of Norwich Procurement portal at: https://norwichct.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities Appointments can be made to view the boat at 219 Asylum Street, Norwich, CT 06360. Any questions regarding this proposal are to be submitted through the City's Procurement Portal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informality in any bid when such action is deemed in the best interest of the City. All work to remove existing engines and associated equipment and installation of new engines and equipment to be performed at the vendor’s site. No work is to be performed on City of Norwich property.
