purchase of Medical Supplies.The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes assigned to this procurement are:339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and Small Business Size Standard is 750.339112 – Surgical and Medical Equipment Manufacturing and Small Business Size Standard is 1000.The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:All interested sources must submit a capabilities package to the email address of the primary Point of Contact (POC) listed below, no later than 3:00 PM (MDT) on October 07, 2022.  Please indicate on the Subject Line of your email as: GIMC-MS78552-“the Name of your Business and NAICS Code”.AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE POC LISTED IN THIS NOTICE:1. Confirm the Buy-Indian set-aside status you qualify for under the following NAICS Codes339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and Small Business Size Standard is 750.339112 – Surgical and Medical Equipment Manufacturing and Small Business Size Standard is 1000.2. If the proposed NAICS is not the customary or applicable NAICS relative to the needs description, include your firm’s proposed NAICS and rationale for the different NAICS.3. Complete the attached “IHS Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form” and return with your capabilities package.4. The capability statement of business may consist of one or two page that highlights the areas of specialty, expertise, and overall capabilities to deliver products expeditiously.  Include the major manufacturers you may distribute for.5. A statement of your intention to submit a quote to an upcoming solicitation as a prime contractor if set aside for Indian Owned Business or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises. 6.
