The network of parks and trails in and around St. Albert is an integral element of the city’s identity and is of critical importance to residents. The Area Structure Plan (ASP) for Cherot includes three neighborhoods of Avenir, Cherot East, and a future development area north of Villeneuve Road. The Cherot Parks Master Plan will include the neighborhoods of Avenir and Cherot East.
