The cost estimate is: $550,000. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds a Louisiana State Contractor's License in Heavy Construction, in full force and effect and in compliance with the

Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and Louisiana Public Bid Law. Plans and specifications may be examined online at www.centralauctionhouse.com or at the Engineer’s office of Picciola & Associates, Inc. located at 115 Picciola Parkway, Cut Off, LA 70345. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Engineer upon payment of $100. In accordance with R.S. 38:2212 (D), deposits on the first set of documents furnished bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents, deposits on any additional sets will be refunded less the actual costs of reproduction.
