November 14, 2022 LEGAL NOTICE The City of Newton Falls will be accepting Sealed Bids for yearly chemical supplies for the Newton Falls Water Treatment Plant. Bids will be received in the City Clerk’s office, 612 West Broad Street, Newton Falls, Ohio 44444 until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Specifications are available in the City Clerk’s office, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or (bid bond) in the amount of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars). The City will accept the lowest/best bid. The City of Newton Falls reserves the right to reject any/all bids.
