California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Data and Technology Division (DTD) is planning to build a mobile application that will allow the public to access current recreational fishing regulations throughout California. Before application development begins, CDFW would like to build a database that contains all current recreational fishing regulations and applicable spatial data, can be accessed later from a mobile application, and is easy to update and maintain.
