Notice of IntentReference ID: NIST-NOI-NB777000-21-02415Title: RSA Conference 2022 Exhibit SpaceProduct Service Code: X- Lease/Rent FacilitiesNAICS Code: 561920 – Convention and Trade Show OrganizersPlace of Performance: Moscone Center, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1), with Nth Degree of Duluth, GA to acquire 200 SF of booth space at the RSA Conference 2022 scheduled 7-10 Feb 2022 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. 10’x20’ booth space to include; Pipe and drape, company identification sign and 20 expo staff badges.The annual RSA Conference draws over 50,000 attendees per year with a focus on IT Security. The conference is an opportunity for the NIST to promote its experience in Cybersecurity and IT security and connect with industry, academia and other government agencies. The RSA conference is an opportunity to
exchange ideas, learn the latest IT trends and find solutions. Attendance at this event is a critical part of NIST’s marketing and outreach efforts. NIST attends the RSA conference annually. Nth Degree, Inc., is the sole organizer of the event and the designated source for managing all exhibit space requests and collecting booth fees for this event. No third parties are authorized to collect the necessary fees and documentation to procure the booth space vendors will be using during the conference. A firm fixed-price Purchase Order will be issued. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a request for competition. No telephone requests will be honored.
