PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to decrease the area of Lease ADA-50834, Lot 6, Block 1, to consist of approximately 13,800 square feet, at Hoonah Airport, and to extend the term of the Lease to expire May 1, 2059. Applicant: Thomas Hlavnicka and Robert McCheyne Blough. Annual rent: $1,490.40 Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of a hangar for aircraft storage.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., January 29, 2023, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
