Added on Mar 22, 2022:  1. The information in this Addendum is hereby part of the contract documents.
 
 2. The document titled, “SIKA Specs Drawings.pdf” has been deleted and is no longer a part of this solicitation.
 
 3. The following documents were moved and/or added to the “Additional Documents” Folder in BidSync, and updated as follows:
* “Project Manual Scope of Work.pdf”

has been deleted and replaced with “20220208 PROJECT MANUAL VOL. 2 ADD 1”
    * Add Section 030100 CONCRETE MAINTENANCE AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS” (70 pages).
 
* “Engineering_Specs_drawings.pdf” has been deleted and replaced with “20220208 DRAWING SHEETS ADD.1”
    * Revisions to drawing sheets are clouded on individual sheets and as noted below except drawing revision dates and title sheet revisions are not clouded.
    - Title page has engineer’s seal revised and signed on 02/08/2022.
    - S000 STRUCTURAL NOTES, GENERAL – delete note #2 and #3.  Notes 1-7 have been renumbered accordingly.
    - S101- S106 LEVEL 1-6 PLANS, REPAIR PLAN NOTES - revise note #2 to delete reference to Owner.
    - S310, S311, S320 and S321 – No revisions.     * Delete drawing sheet S300 MAJOR STRUCTURAL REPAIR DETAILS.  The scope described on sheet S300 has been performed and is not part of this contract.
Added on Mar 22, 2022:The information in this Addendum 2 is hereby part of the contract documents.  Also, refer to the file titled "22020321_ADDENDUM NO.2.pdf" for a downloadable list of all the changes:

ITEM 1 - BID DOCUMENTS (as indicated on Bid Sync) Delete document # 11 Bidder Acknowledgement Form and # 12 IFB Bidding Instructions and replace with “FMD Standard Bid Documents”
