Hundred Acre Wood Phase 1 RFQ

The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide engineering, surveying, environmental, and other services for the Hundred Acre Wood Phase 1 project. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications. This work includes all engineering, planning, cost estimating, and other professional design, permitting, and construction administration services to complete phase 1 recommendations of the master plan.
