The Work includes but is not limited to: the removal, replacement, installation and maintenance of the City’s Curtain Wall System and Building Envelope located at 50 Dickson St. The City’s procurement process is governed by the City’s Procurement By-law 19-187 (the “City’s By-law”). It is the bidder’s responsibility to become familiar with and comply with the City’s By-law which is available at:
