The University of Utah (University) on behalf of UIT is seeking a Poly-Com Phones and Accessories vendor (Vendor). Proposed items or systems must be able to provide services as described in the attached scope of work and minimum specifications. Poly-Com phones and accessories to be ordered over the next several years as needed. Vendor must have the availability to provide Poly-Com phones and accessories as needed by the University of Utah. Vendor must be able to meet the below specifications in addition to the specifications listed in ‘Attachment A’. Please be sure to fill out BOTH the IFB document AND Attachment A.
