The Contractor shall perform services on the HSQ Energy Management Control System (EMCS) consisting of: Firmware Updates, Software Updates, Graphics Updates, Automation Controls Analysis & Optimization, Emergency On-line Response and Emergency On-site Response at Schriever AFB (SAFB). At times the Contractor may be called upon to provide support in addition to these services via Work Order (WO).This notice servies as a Sources Sought and a Synopsis of our requirment.
