All persons must have the correct PPE as per the following or they will not be allowed access to the site:Hard HatSafety ShoesSafety GlassesHi-visibility VestExcept as otherwise expressly provided herein, Contractor shall supply all adequate and competent labor, supervision, tools and, equipment, installed and consumable materials, services, testing devices, and each and every item of expense necessary for, but not limited to:Engineering of the design, installation, and commissioning of the 14 circuit breaker substation complete with protection Engineer the physical installation and commissioning of the protection and control (P&C) relays, equipment and logic in accordance with a configuration approved by BPL. Provide terminations for interconnectors and substation ties whether they be Cable

or Duresca bus adapters.Provide engineering specifications for any changes to the space and all external connections, that the Company must complete.Program or have programmed all protection/control and communication equipment in accordance with a configuration approved by BPL.Provide complete drawings and schematics in Auto-Cad and PDF formats.Provide all cabling to connect switchgear to P&C and communications panels to connect equipment to the DC/AC distribution panels.Conduct complete commissioning tests for the substation, protection, and communications equipment once fully assembled and during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to the Company’s satisfaction.Ship all equipment to the site and install or supervise the on-site installation.Provide for external HV and control and communication connectionsMake HV connections between the two 7 breaker sections plus the coupling GCBMake all connections between switchgear, P&C, and supplied communications equipmentConduct final commissioning and site acceptance tests (SAT)Provide maintenance and operation manuals and conduct BPL staff training.Provide anything else that is required for a working functional substation that the Contractor does not specifically include in the Company’s Scope. For greater clarity, the Contractor assumes responsibility for engineering, project management, and balance of the plant.
