All bid documents are available on the Region of Waterloo’s website at https://bids.regionofwaterloo.ca Bidders Must Create an Account or Log Into Their Account To Register for the Bid Opportunity before they can download the Bid Document and/or Addenda/Addendum. An annual subscription or one time payment to Bids and Tenders is required in order to download the document. If a Bidder has obtained this Bid
