Description

Scope of Services
The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing an update to the existing City of Newport Beach Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). When completed, the plan must meet all local, state and federal mandates and best practices. The objective of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed 12-month contract term.

The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to any network, internet, or any other technical problem or interruption. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is received before the stated deadline.
