Interested parties should understand the following requirements when responding to the Sources Sought: The anticipated contract will be for dental laboratory services which require an expedited turnaround time. Pickup by the dental laboratory is expected and will be in the resultant Performance Work Statement Expected turnaround times will be inclusive of pickup and drop off times Example: If the Performance Work Statement states an Expected Turnaround Time of three days for a case, the performance standard will be three days from receipt of the case to delivery of finished product. No additional time will be given for transit.
