Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Recruitment Services. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) of vendors who can provide recruitment services to LRWRA on an as needed basis.
