Copies of proposal documents obtained from any other sources are not considered official copies, and may result in failure to receive addenda, corrections or other revisions that may be issued. For purposes of this RFP, the term “Contractor,” “Vendor,” “Proposer,” “Respondent,” or “Bidder” are considered to have the same meaning, all referring to the person or company responding to this RFP.
