PERSONNEL CONDUCT: All individuals performing services under this contract shall adhere to DCPS rules and regulations regarding appropriate attire, prohibition of smoking, usage of proper language, prohibition of use and possession of controlled substances and alcoholic beverages, prohibition, of the possession of firearms, either on their person or in their personal vehicles and any other restrictions or prohibitions as may apply. Radios and other portable music playing equipment will not be allowed on any DCPS sites. Additionally, all individuals will adhere to and comply with the requirements as set forth.
