Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Miami, Florida with an anticipated 140 rooms needed for Friday, 4 November 2022 and 70 rooms needed for Saturday, 5 November 2022. Room count will be finalized on 28 October, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 4 November 2022 until 2pm Saturday, 5 November 2022.
