______________________________________________________________________________ ITB 22/23-09 PWP # WA-2023-098 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338 is currently accepting sealed Invitation to Bid (ITBs) from qualified Contractors per NRS §338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada to perform reconstruct terminal loop road and ancillary work associated with the Project, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled “Terminal Loop Road Reconstruction Project.” A mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, in the River Room located in the baggage claim area at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 2001 E. Plumb Lane, Reno, Nevada 89502. A project site tour will follow immediately after the pre-Bid

conference. The purpose of the conference is to review and discuss the Invitation to Bid (ITB) Documents, including the contract drawings, and specifications. All sealed ITBs must be received, and time stamped by the RTAA Purchasing and Materials Management Division, 2770 Vassar Street, Reno, Nevada 89502 no later than 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Sealed ITBs shall be opened by the RTAA Purchasing and Materials Management Division at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Solicitations and addenda are available on-line on the Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) website located at the following address: https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.
